Terms of Service

1. Proprietary Internal System & Eligible Users

The Marketplace Hub application is an internal proprietary operational system owned and operated exclusively by PT Rumah Komunitas Indonesia. This system is not open for public registration and does not function as a commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product for third-party merchants.

Access is strictly restricted to:

• Designated corporate employees and authorized operational personnel of PT Rumah Komunitas Indonesia.
• Technical integration teams representing brands officially incorporated within the corporate group.

2. Credential Security & Account Accountability

All authorized operators must maintain the strict confidentiality of their system login credentials and assigned Brand API keys. Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited. All user activities and API requests are logged in automated audit trails.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Restrictions

Users and integrators are expressly prohibited from:

• Using marketplace customer data for any purpose other than legitimate logistics fulfillment and official customer support.
• Conducting unauthorized bulk data scraping or high-frequency automated polling beyond approved API rate limits.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to breach the technical security measures of the System.
• Injecting malicious software, scripts, or corrupt payloads.

4. Third-Party Marketplace API Dependency

The performance and availability of the System rely upon the stability of official external APIs provided by Shopee Open Platform and TikTok Shop Partner Center. PT Rumah Komunitas Indonesia is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party platform downtime or network latency.

5. Governing Law & Inquiries
